PROCESSING TIMES:

DELIVERY TIMES:

- Once your order has been processed, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your package to be delivered.

ORDER TRACKING:

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

MISSING OR UNRECEIVED ITEM:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@environnementchat.com.
No cancellation can be taken into account if the order has already been processed and/or shipped.

ADDRESS ERROR:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your delivery address. Contact us quickly in case of an error. We cannot be held responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
